We got up early today and headed to the Delaware dog training area again. I was SOO excited. As soon as I got in the van and smelled the birds, I knew where we were going. We had a hard time finding a place to work as everyone was out working this morning. I was getting impatient as I wanted to HUNT! I did a great job again today and did better with my pointing. I did get the last bird though!! Mom put it really far out in the field and didn't think I would find it so fast, but my nose is really good!Later in the afternoon, Mom and Gary raised the dogwalk and teeter. I have been doing great with them lower, so mom felt it was time to move them up. Then I went out and did a few short sequences and mom said I didn't even notice they were higher. (Of course I noticed - I *watched* them raise them??!) Maybe Gary can video me tomorrow and post it for all my friends to see. I like doing agility with mom and she thinks I am awesome - she tells me that all the time :)
We have had a big weekend and I have been very busy - I am TIRED!! I went in the house and just fell on the floor. I got up to eat dinner and then crawled in my bed and went to sleep!! I even rolled on my back and snored!! It is hard being a versatile boy, it is fun, but a lot of hard work! Hopefully mom doesn't have any more activities planned as I really need my rest.
