Crashed after a great day

After our great walk, we went to our training yard and worked on weaves and jumping and heeling and signals and....  we did all kinds of great fun stuff.  I have really missed training outside and did not want to quit.  Mom kept releasing me to go play and I kept coming back and asking to play games with her.   I forgot how much fun it is to work outside.  But after our great walk and then all our games outside, it was time to snuggle in for a nap!!

Great Day at the Park

Mom and I went to the park to run today.  As usual, we were the only ones there as it was a little chilly out.  I like "chilly" and Mom just wears more clothes.  But the best part is I get to run off leash and run and run and run.  It is so much fun to smell all the great smells and chase all the critters.

2 Bone Day

I can tell that it is going to be a 2 bone day, I am ready!

Fun day

Mom and I had a lot of fun today.  We finally had a day around the house to play and do fun things.  No going away, no Mom working at the computer, just Mom and I having FUN!!! 

We took a long walk at the park and I got to RUN!   it is good to go when it is cooler out as we usually have then entire place to ourselves so I can run all over and we can make many trips around.

Then we played nose work games.  I LOVE my nose work.  We practiced for our ORT and then did interior searches.  I am GREAT at interior searches and can find them in less than a minute.  Usually in 20 seconds.

We also cleaned my training room, that was not as much fun, but I helped and kept taking all the fun things and running with them so Mom would chase me.  Plus we found all kinds of toys that have been hidden.  I didn't know I had so many fun toys.

Then Gary cooked us a great dinner.  We had chicken medallions on the grill, seafood stuffed mushrooms, potatoes and lima beans.  I really like lima beans and kept trying to drink the juice. 

The only downside to my day was I had to have a bath.  I know I needed one, in fact I was trying to chew the mud off my toenails.  I didn't like it at the time, but I sure feel good now.

Then Gary and I crashed on the couch!!

Mom made some small mats for my obedience ring work.  I was tired of waiting on her to finish, so I crashed in the training room.  Well, you can see what she did with the mat!

Mom and I had a long weekend and are happy to be home.

Mom got a package in the mail and she found the box and stuffing all shredded.  I am not sure why she thought I had anything to do with it.

Fun at the park

I really enjoy going to my park.  And the best thing is that if it is cold, rainy, muddy, no one else is there so we have it all to ourselves.  That is THE BEST!!   I love to run and explore and chase anything that moves.  

My new collar

Mom has spent WAY too much time trying to find the perfect collar for me.  She wanted something like my personality.  Each one she considered, Gary said it was not me.  So, between the two of them, it took forever to get a new collar for me.  Mom also said that it is a good thing she didn't have a female Weim or she would have enough collars to wear a different one every day.   I am glad she didn't buy me any "girlie" collars.

Here I am sporting my new collar complete with bow tie.  It was a special gift from supplier.

Photo Shoot

Mom and I went to play today and Virgil was there taking portraits.  Mom signed us up and it really was fun.  It didn't take long as he said he couldn't take a bad picture of me.  Plus I am a pro at modeling for the camera.  Everyone knows how often I get my picture taken :)

Chair is #6

I like to carry around my rally cones.  In fact, if you look at them, you could probably say I do a little more than carry them.  I labeled Mom's chair as #6.  I can't wait to see what she thinks :)

Get Her!

Nique is not allowed to run with me as she "takes me out" and runs under my feet.  Mom keeps trying to let her "try again" but every time she targets me and runs at me constantly.  So she has to stay in the middle yard if she is outside.  When we were headed back to the house she was staring at me, so I was going to GET HER!!  I wish she would behave as we can have fun running together when she listens.

GREAT WEEKEND

The weekend was awesome.  We had so much fun and I did a great job, Mom was very proud of me :)   Although I think Mom would be proud of me no matter what!   We qualified in all of our runs but one because Mom forgot a jump.  I sure hope we can do this again soon!!

Lunch Time

After a fun morning and a few runs, it is time for lunch.  See how good I am!  I will stay in my cage with the door open and share lunch with Mom.  The feet have to be out though, they insures the cage will not be zipped!

Agility -Here we come

Mom and I are all packed and ready for day 2 of playing agility.  I am so excited to play again today as we had so much fun yesterday.  

Hotel after big day

Mom and I had so much fun today, but I am tired.  After all our walks, our agility runs plus we practiced a lot of our utility exercises, it is time for a nap.  Mom called Gary to tell him about our great day (and how great I was :)  and I just crashed on her back.

After an awesome dinner of steak and shrimp and another walk around the hotel, I was ready to call it a night.

Agility Weekend

Mom has a FUN weekend planned for us.  We are playing agility all weekend.   I am so excited as we are going to our favorite building and our favorite hotel.  Not only is there a lot of agility fun, but lots of great places to walk and hunt.  We always have a blast!

Open Training

Mom and I went to open training tonight and it was SO MUCH fun!!!   We had a utility ring all to ourselves for almost an hour.  We practiced all our fun exercises and we chased each other and Mom used our new great big pheasant pelt toy.  I love that newtoy.

I hope we can do this more often as we had a blast!!  We also practiced some of our obility that Denise taught us and it was FUN!!  This is one time that it is fun to not know what we are doing next.
